This website is operated by Drink International LLC ("we", "us"). By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these terms.

Products and availability

We sell premium products from independent Australian brands. Product images and descriptions are provided as accurately as possible, but packaging may vary slightly from what's shown. Stock levels update automatically, and we can't guarantee availability until your order is confirmed. We may limit quantities or cancel orders at our discretion, for example if an item becomes unavailable or an order appears fraudulent. If we cancel an order, we'll refund you in full.

Pricing

All prices are in US dollars. Prices and promotions, including the free shipping threshold, may change at any time without notice. If an item is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you.

Orders and delivery

We ship to the 48 contiguous US states only. Delivery terms are set out in our Shipping policy, and returns in our Refund policy.

Product use

Please read product labels and instructions before use. Food, supplement and skin-care products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you have allergies, medical conditions or are pregnant, check ingredients and consult a health professional before use.

Wholesale

Wholesale supply is available to approved brick-and-mortar retailers only. We don't supply online or marketplace resellers.

Intellectual property

Brand names, logos and product images belong to their respective owners and are used with permission. Website content may not be copied without our written consent.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our website or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
