Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the 48 contiguous United States. We don't currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO addresses or outside the US.

Shipping options and costs

• Standard (3–5 business days): $5.95, free on orders over $49
• Express (2 business days): $12.95

Delivery times start once your order ships and are estimates, not guarantees.

Processing

Orders ship from our US fulfillment warehouses, usually within 1 business day of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays ship the next business day.

Tracking

When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. If an order contains several items, they may arrive in separate parcels.

Sales tax

Applicable US sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please see our Refund policy. We'll make it right.
