About Mount Zero
Mount Zero began as a family olive grove at the foot of Mount Zero in Victoria’s Grampians. The Seymour family, honoured as Legends of Melbourne Food and Wine, hand-harvest a small amount of salt each year in collaboration with the Wotjobaluk community, the lake’s Traditional Owners.
