This marinade is perfect for adding flavour to chicken pieces or lamb chops on the BBQ

Olive Oil
Lemon Juice
English Mustard
Garlic Cloves, chopped
Fresh Herbs

Whisk all the ingredients together in a bowl. Pour marinade over the meat and let it marinade in the fridge for at least 1 hour before grilling or barbecuing.
