KAKADU PLUM AND BUCKWHEAT GREEN SMOOTHIE BOWL

Here we turn the classic green smoothie on its head, adding unique ingredients, plating up in a bowl and topping it off with a colourful array of garnishes – a treat for the tummy and the eye. Jam-packed with juicy flavours and swarming with vitamin C, you can rely on this Kakadu creation to give you an immune boosting kick, leaving you ready and raring to go. Refreshing, nourishing and absolutely delightful.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 Medjool date, pitted
- 2 cups spinach
- ½ cup coconut water
- 1 tsp Freeze Dried Kakadu Plum
- ¼ cup oats
Garnish:
- 1-2 tbs goji berries
- 2 strawberries, sliced
- 1 tsp Freeze Dried Kakadu Plum
- 2 tbs activated buckwheat granola
METHOD
- In a blender combine banana, date, spinach, coconut water, Kakadu Plum and oats. Blend for 1-2 minutes or until preferred consistency is reached.
- Transfer blended mixture into a mixing bowl and garnish with goji berries, strawberries, Kakadu Plum and activated buckwheat granola.
- Enjoy chilled.
