FINGER LIME AIOLI
This aioli is delicious with calamari, fish, on burgers, with fries or whatever else you can come up with. We’ve used our Freeze Dried Finger Lime Powder in this but you could also use Lemon Myrtle instead.
METHOD
- Separate yolk of two eggs. Combine yolk with lime juice, mustard, honey, finger lime, pepper and salt. Slowly add in the oil while stirring.
- Will keep in the fridge for a couple days in container.
- Enjoy this with Baked Lemon Myrtle Calamari recipe.
TIPS
If you prefer, swap the Finger Lime for our Lemon Myrtle.

- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp Freeze Dried Finger Lime Powder
- 1 tsp chopped coriander
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- Pinch of salt
- 250 ml macadamia nut oil
